I wasn't able to exchange files from iPad to iPhone and other way around. I found a great app about it. It is called transfer. I can now transfer all my pictures and videos to my iPad.

It bugs me that I can't play flash nor that I can't upload pictures on Internet like this forum.

My version is 5.0.1 which is not yet available.

isn't there a tethered jailbreak for that?

I use Dropbox for exchanging stuff between all my machines and ICloud syncs the rest for me. Dropbox also allows you to publish photo albums and files with none Dropbox users.

Was going to post this now, but you got ahead its always just a matter of time before the devices get jailbroken.

I'm planing on getting an ipad, and in my case there will be an advantage to jailbrake it - app developing. If I don't jailbrake it, I have to pay the dev fee 99$ just to be able to test my apps on my ipad, and i think to myself, are you kidding me? -.-' (it costs 99$ per year to be in the Dev program, that allows you to sell apps on the app store, but you also need it to test your apps on a non broken ipad... )
