Welcome to the WLAN at the ZB

The ZB offers free internet access on its premises.


Students

As a student of a Swiss university, you have access to free WLAN, provided your institution participates in SWITCHconnect and the VPN-client of your university is installed on your computer.

This enables you to access the licensed e-resources of your institution.




Non-students

As a member of the general public, you can register for free using your mobile telephone number. In return, you receive a free SMS with a password. This access, consisting of mobile number and password, is valid for 6 months.

Please note: this does not enable you to access the licensed e-resources of the ZB.
