Would anyone know where to buy the Wacom Bamboo Stylus from a bricks and mortar store in Zurich? Or any recommendation for another stylus from a store in Zurich?

Otherwise, any recommendation for an online retailer (if not toppreise.ch will guide me once more).

Actually it's the Wacom (Bamboo) stylus for the iPad I'm after, not a stylus for the Bamboo grapahics tablet.

Just what I was looking for. The Bahnhofstrasse shop is perfect for popping in on the way back home. As a bonus they also stock the Adonit Jot Pro. A touch more expensive than online (but Digitec is out of stock anyway), but then again there is a the overhead of a store and I'm just happy that I can go and buy *today*.

Steg and Topd on-line seem to have stock.

Went to Dataquest opposite Zurich HBf last night. Small but good choice of styli (styluses? arg where's my Latin now...) as well as other accessories for Apple gear. Very pleasant shop, with helpful but not annoying sales staff.

Got the Wacom in the end, it's 'OK' (I can write with it, waiting for the OH to tell me what it's like for sketching), trying to tell myself that it would be unreasonable to buy the Adonit Jot Pro straight away. Next week perhaps

Looking forward to hearing what you think. I was considering one of the popular and more expensive ones like the Bamboo but wasn't sure how much use I would make of it. I went with these and for the price they are great so far. I found out I only use a stylus occasionally so I'm not sure if there would be much need for a better quality one. I don't draw and only sometimes write notes.

Handwriting was not bad (using the Notability app). But I expect the Adonit Jot Pro to be better (luckily some sense came to me so I did not go to buy that one yesterday).

I loaded a couple of freebie sketching apps (the Autodesk one, the Bamboo one, Paper - funny enough, no Adobe Ideas in the CH store which I don't understand at all) but to be honest I have trouble drawing the proverbial straight line.

The OH is an illustrator by trade, and has a Wacom slate that is used for some (smaller percentage) of work. I'll report back once I've got her to test a bit.

BTW I think I'll try the Amazon link, 'too' cheap not to try (and compare). Just have to organise that someone going ot the UK or get my mother to send out here...
