Can anyone suggest where is the best place to buy a cheap tv in Zurich? I would be interested also in second hand if someone is selling it.

But if you are not too fussy, you can compare the deals at Migros/Interdiscount/Fust to see what's on offer.

There are several threads about TVs on EF from the past years.

And usually there are LOTS of used TVs from people leaving the country. Just wait for a few days after the initial listing, so the "EF Patrol" can shame the OP into lowering their price...

Was in Coop City in Sihlcity yesterday. 47" Philips was 1249 now 999. Some have 25% off stickers on them. I don't know if that means they would cost 749. I would think yes but not sure.

For cheap, go Brocki, pick good ones up for 40 Chuff's, or interdiscount in the "Schnäppchen" department. Brand new and start at 80-odd for a tube tv.

You'd better read some technical review websites as well as youtube reviews for the TV that you are looking for, before you buy it.

Right now on EF there are two TVs for sale, both 37 inch, both cost Fr 200,-- one is a Sony, one is a Panasonic.
