I think the OP understands that the bars represent the consumption out of a certain prepaid quota.
There really seem to be a bug in the graphic report; the bars are way too high for said percentage (assuming they were meant to be linear).
However I can't really see any business benefit in such a flaw.

I just bought a smartphone with the same abo. Hope it will work well.

Why is everything divided by 1110? I looks just like the app programmer messed up the display bar. I doubt it will have any actual effect on billing.
