Hi,
I tried recently to sign up to Swisscom digital tv and they told me that I can't get digital tv with them unless I switch to them for internet. I've just signed up with Orange for a year so I can't do that - does anyone know if it's possible to get digital tv with anyone else, if I have internet through Orange?

Orange TV doesn't have many UK channels.
BBC1,BBC2,ITV1,ITV2

Is there a Cableocm connection at your place?

This is more then enough UK channels as they also have BBC World news. This plus the many other channels is fine as most people only ever watch a few small number of channels and given the small number of decent programs on UK channels you should find Orange fine as you can watch their TV on all of your devices.

For me I would need Ch4 and also BBC Four.

And is Orange TV doesn't come with a box. So you can as well use Zattoo

Most TV is overrated and I mainly use it for a distraction so can happily not even turn the TV on. Also find that TV globally simply now copy each other and its pretty much trash that has zero intellect involved

So why not Cablecom TV?

Well in order to have Swisscom digital tv, you will need to have a Swisscom phone line and a DSL subscription (the most basic version is PAYG) so if you are surfing with Orange it doesn't matter. You will however end up paying for a phone line (and the digital tv fees).
