Hello - here's a hopeful question. We just moved into a flat as locataires, and the previous locataires had Citycable. We don't have a TV, but we've been charged for Citycable already. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a refund for this charge, and how to attempt this with the proper Swiss tact?

I see that you really are living in Lausanne now. Please do write to CityCable or call them that you do not have a TV. But do you have internet ? Remember that CityCable has a TV+internet package and you cannot have either one of them. You have to pay for both eventhough you are using only the internet :-(. Atleast it was like that when I was in Lausanne and was with CityCable then.
