Seen it? What do you think?

I think it is one of the best TV ads I have seem in a long time - if a little reminiscent of BA.

Haven't seen it but I'd like to. I can't find it on the web, so I've mailed Swiss.com to ask them if it's online.

I'm not seeing a banner

It's a new swiss made use of the word banner, i.e. a minimalist one. Look for the picture just below the "search flights" button. The picture is a hotspot, sorry, I mean banner.

They call that a banner?

It's a bit cliche-ridden. Girl gazing through bus window. Sequence from inside of kids roundabout. Variety of characters from "all walks of life". Music is pretty mawdlin.

All very Maus-Grau. It must be for local consumption.

AbFab you raised my expectations and then the advert crushed everything :-( 6.5 out of 10 from me.

That bloomin' miserable campari and soda song - ugh.

Sometime in the 90's, there was an all star version of "Perfect Day", where each line was sung by a different famous person. I think Swiss Airlines were going for a similar effect, however their version of the campari song just sounds like a call to mass suicide.

The should really lighten-up a bit and perhaps use a song like this.
It would certainly be an improvement.

Hmmm, I guess it's different to the usual airline ads of the lure sun, fun and adventure! More, get me out of this miserable grey sh1thole before I go postal with my army rifle.

Not that there is anything grey or miserable about Zurich today. Absolutely glorious

I recently saw some crapcrapcrap advert for an airline featuring a cuddly toy (Panda, I think).

Absolutely rubbish. Worse than this.

I think I must have been drunk...

It explains a lot of my life, for sure.
