Re: Swisscom infinity XS

I have had XS for a couple of years now, never gone over my limits although I can't say I am a heavy surfer with my mobile - email, occasional surfing and GPS

Re: Swisscom infinity XS

XS is just a pain if you have tried something else before. It's terrific to attract people to swisscom but then i'm sure 99% upgrade within a few weeks.
It's just frustrating to have such a slow connection even for basic internet browsing, plus the frustration reachs its maximum when you really need/want a fast answer like "until what time is this shop opened", or the SBB app, or even google maps.

Re: Swisscom infinity XS

Thanks for all the replies. So it looks like two two other options are :

Migros M-Budget One - But you can only transfer a Swisscom prepaid number to this contract. They do not accept Swisscom normal subscribers. Yes you could hop into another contract and then into M-budget, but that is a lot of messing.

Lycamobile -39EU, which costs 39 CHF for unlimited Swiss mobile/fixed as well as unlimited European fixed + 1GB of data. Nice offer. It also seems that people are happy with the service now. Previously subscribers complained about issues with SMS and bad call connections.
- HOWEVER does anyone know if international data roaming is possible with Lycamobile. I see nothing on their website about it. Call roaming is possible but no details/prices on data roaming.
