Cablecom/Aldi mobile offer

Does anyone have recent experience with mobile offers from either Cablecom or Aldi? Feedback about the quality of the network is appreciated!

Thanks

Re: Cablecom/Aldi mobile offer

I use Aldi - uses the Sunrise network.
Fairly good coverage, except ironically inside the Aldi store from where I got the sim

I also have Aldi (Sunrise) - can't recall coverage problems, other than once in an enclosed mountain valley and once in a back room in Kung Fu American Burgers in Bern.

I think that was a black hole for mobile reception, there was no Orange signal there either.

I had some issues with sunrise reception ( which was one of the reasons I changed to Orange) in our area. The recreation in our village was really bad and I couldn't get a signal at all inside the house so it rather defeated the object of having a phone.

It must be something about Aldi stores, there's no reception for anything other than Swisscom inside our local Aldi store.

Same here. It just does exactly what I need, which isn't much. I get the data pack (500GB for a month - CHF10) when I feel like it, and I can relax knowing I'm not going to be stung when I make calls or send SMSs.

Correction: 500MB. Not even Aldi offers 500GB for CHF10.
