Cablecom charges in advance or after?
I canceled my calbecom subscription in Oct 31st as I was leaving Switzerland by year end.
I did my last payment on Oct 2nd thinking that would be my last bill.
However I received a letter in my new country stating that I did not pay my last bill + very high charges for the delay.
When I wrote them back they told me that I did not pay for the service in October. I do not have any of my bills anymore to check if they charge in advance (i.e. my payment of October is for the service of October) or after (i.e. my payment in October is for the service in September).
Can somebody tell me how they charge for your service?
