Porting forward a router for a website

Hello all,
I'm trying to host my own website, and my biggest problem I've encountered is trying to port forward my router (a Swisscom Centro Grande, the ADB version) so that the rest of the internet can view my site. The problem is that the firmware only gives an option for what port to use on one side (not even sure if its my intranet or the internet side ). Anybody have any experience with hosting a website through one of these routers and if so could they give me some help? It looks like its insanely easy with other router firmwares.

Re: Porting forward a router for a website

I don't have the similar router to sort out the exact issue. But once you set up a port forward it should work. Make sure things are set up right, with your firewall and local apache/any-other server. Assuming you already sorted out setting up 'DNS hostname and a Static IP(local) for for your machine, it should work.
