Best bet for a mobile Abo

Can anyone rec my best bet for a new abo. I've been with orange (now the yucky salt name) for about a decade and think it time to save some mulla. Paying about 35 a month for unlimited calls (old old abo) in Switzerland, with no surfing. Want about the same with maybe a little internet to fetch emails. Thinking of going with UPC since as a TV customer I get a 5 Frank rebate which will make mobile unlimeted 250 deal to be 25 Sfr a month. Just wondering what's the catch, aside the stiff ontime sim card fee of 49 Sfr. Or does anyone know of anything better around?

Comparis.ch website allows you to compare various mobile abos (and is in English):

Re: Best bet for a mobile Abo

I changed from Orange to Migros Budget. I have the "One" Abo. It's not unlimited calls but 500 min a month which is still plenty. Internet is included. So far I like it!

Re: Best bet for a mobile Abo

yallo PostPaid is the best offer you can find... Really!
  • It has unlimited Internet use (once you reach 1GB of the month, your connection will be downgraded from 4G to 3G, but still unlimited)
  • You can keep you actuall Salt number (which you can't when choosing Das-Abo)
  • Free calls to many foreign numbers (including mobile) - Check website for country list
  • yallo belongs sunrise, also a good signal coverage around Switzerland
  • No contract term - You are flexible to cancel the contract every 2 months
  • Free SMS to anywhere (even to the International Space Station if there is a number)
  • WhatsApp traffic is not counted (even if, you have unlimited traffic)

This all for 39.-/month

It belogs to Post meaning you can trust it

Edit: It's more than you were paying. Just saying (also for other readers) that this is a good offer I recently found out

I use Coop prepaid as I don't use it much. Free calls to other coop (and I think Salt) numbers and I just pay per MB for internet. Checking email uses very little data.

In case you don't use roaming that much, yallo is the best thing around.

Re: Best bet for a mobile Abo

Any suggestions for me?
What I'd really like to use, is
-unlimited fast internet
-data on roaming, coz we travel over the border often, 3-4 days at a time.

i hardly make calls, local or abroad or roaming.
Cheers !!

You probably still have to wait some 4 years for that until there are no roaming fees. It is in the process by the European Union and on May next year, it is expected that the roaming fee price will drop a lot

Reuters: EU divided over how to end mobile roaming charges

lyca
sure:

with lyca you have 500MB/3CHF and 1GB/7CHF.
-Network = SWISSCOM (the best one)

Unbeatable offers.

They make some small problems with the remaining MB, but it is worth for the price.
