Can anyone help me please-

I have a Swisscom pay as you go and for some reason it is not allowing me to make or receive calls. I thought that maybe there was no credit but there is . I have rang it from my home phone and it does ring but nothing is happening on the mobile and when I try to ring any number it just plays 3 musical notes and a message comes up - check operator services.

Do any of you clever people have any idea?

call swisscom from your landline and they will help you....they are very good...
