Cablecom or Swisscom for phone/TV/internet?

Hi All,

We are due to relocated to Zurich in a few weeks time and have been fortunate enough to find an apt to move into straight away. We will need to get connected for phone/TV/internet asap, but not sure who offers the best options and service. We have heard that Cablecom is a nightmare, and the only other choice is Swisscom... Which one is the best for the Zurich area?

I loved Cablecom.

Many on the board here hate them and complain about them.

They were always good for me including customer service!

Image quality is worse with Swisscom but they have more (English) channels. Also, BW-TV isn't available everywhere.
