I just wanted to know....how can i watch cricket on TV in Zurich....i have a cablecom connection at the moment......

Sky sports offers most of the matches. But you need to setup dish etc. There are numerous posts on it in the forum.

Not a lot of pubs/bars offers cricket. My favourite one is Oliver Twist http://www.pickwick.ch/

There are other online options like www.cricinfo.com they sell important packages from time to time.

I usually wait for a few days and watch it on youtube . Most of the highlights show up there.

But the cheapest and convenient option is sky sports if you are able to install a dish in ur apartment.

any english pubs in Zurich usually show th fooi and rugby... sure they show the cricket aswell. If your really that desperate you can get a train down to Zug and watch it in a pub there.

Google is your friend but I remember reading that for $199 you can watch it online.

Fat chance unless you want to go to the horrible costs involved in getting Sky... but... remember... it is 'Illegal' to watch Sky outside of the UK.
What you can do though is get yourself a 'Free to air' reciever and dish and then you get all the UK terrestrial channels and provided one of them is showing the Cricket its totaly free and within the law. 'I was watching the highlights of the second England/Australia one day match last night, in bed. Heaven.

it's not illegal, it's against terms and conditions (which are forced upon Sky by those making money selling programming to Sky).
