Does anybody have a customer service phone number for 10787.ch company?
I don't speak german so their website is useless for me.

What do they charge for connection fee, do they have any other fees if you dial from Swisscom mobile phone, the rates they display are they 24/7?

Try http://www.helvatel.ch/rates.php. Here you just add the number in fornt of the number you are calling no peak/offpeak. The charges are added to usual provider's bill (Swisscom/Sunrise etc).

If you don't have a provider try Sunrise.ch/en in English...

Try www.mytel.ch they have the 10868 number and their site has an English section.
