Are there any online shops such as Carphone Warehouse in Switzerland apart form Swisscom and Orange? They didn't seem to have a great selection of phones to choose from. Is that the norm here?

The biggest selection of phones can typically found in the non-operator-exclusive shops. The biggest chains are mobilezone (they have a website, but it is much more fun to play around with all the phones on display...) and "The phone house".
