some how the tele marketing added some SMS options, and I did not notice it for last 8 months.
Just noticed it today and called up the customer service; they apologized and told me that either I could contest the billing for last 8 months ; or they will credit me SFR 40 in next month's bill.
I liked that "customer oriented" approach
p.s. I asked them to credit 40 SFR
