Need english speaking electrician in Geneva

Well, our new house was delivered without any wiring, just the wiring tunnels and dummy straws to pull wires. I need an electrician to pull ethernet wires and install a patch panel, as wireless does not work in the Swiss bunkers. I had the electrician come out that the landlord recommended (the one that helped build the use), but he is an arrogant brat "Je suis LE electrien") and asked 2000 CHF for pulling 5 cat6 cables and installing a patch panel. Any recommendations?

Re: Need english speaking electrician in Geneva

Hi,

If you have managed to get an electrician... please let me know.

My story:
have just moved in an apartment.
It so happens that the last 4 tenants before me, never had a landline!

My Regie insists that there shouldn't be a problem with swisscom.
Swisscom says that they cannot detect a valid phone line in my apartment.

Others in my building have a land line...
Any suggestions>?

Do I have to call out an electrician to get a 'digital line' set up ? (for i fear that the line in the apartment is analogue).

Can anyone please recommend a good/reasonable electrician than can set this up.

Forgot to add - I live in Geneva.have just moved in an apartment.
