What's the cheapest cellphone PREPAID Deal with 3G internet?

Hi, I am looking at the various prepaid options offered on the market, they are great if you want to make calls and sms, but it seems that the data prices (3g) are exorbitant. I wouldn't want to take on a contract, just to be able to check my emails on my phone.

Any suggestion? What do you use?

why use 3g? Any data speed would do the job

If you have an Orange email account, it is free data within "Orange World". That might work on prepay.
