Survey for a Master work...need some help Guys

First of all I would like to give a big HI to all the people that are in the forum.

Second I would like to have some help from you guys. Actually I'm preparing a Master work about BlackBerry, and a part of this work is to have Survey answered. I need quite lot's of answer otherweise I'll have few problems If I will provide not enought results of my survey.

I'd like to ask you guys if you could just respond at the question of the survey from this link:

http://www.esurveyspro.com/Survey.as...0-156b932836b5

The survey is full anonym and it will be used only for this work, no commercial pourpouses. There are about 30 questions and will take only 10min.

Thx for helping,

Wish you all a great day,
Cheers.

I don't mean to be unkind, but I think a bit more careful thought about what precisely you want this survey to measure would make a big difference. For example, question 15 strikes me as a little absurd:
Quote:
15. If the BlackBerry will change his target group and go into the private market with new product and solutions, how will change your perception about the:*
Life Stile / Personality
Product Attributes
Quality
High Security
Relative Price
Brand Popularity
Use / Applications
Exclusivity
Attractivity
Symbol as a Business Man
I mean, the answers to nearly all of these would pretty much depend on what the new product is, don't you think? I can't see how anybody can give a meaningful answer to the question as you've phrased it here.

Hi,
Yes I know, the problem is was that with a free survey I couldnt mask the other questions. But I will have to make a filter from Hand.

Actually the second part of the survey can be answered even if you arent a BB user, cause is only a Brand perception issue.

The 3rd part then doesnt need to be answered.

Thx for feedback..I appreciate that. I have to tell guys you great .

Hi MathNut,
Thx for feedback, some questions maybe arent the best formulated, cause my mother tongue is not english (but I think you already understood that).

With this question, the idea was to find out what the people think if the BlackBerry change is target group.

No worries, any feedback is always helpfull

Hi Raffo. It's not the English - I work with lots of non-native speakers - it's just that I can't tell you in advance whether my perception of "brand quality" will go up or down if Blackberry introduces an unspecified new product. How should I know? If it's a terrible product my perceptions of brand quality will go down; if it's an excellent product they'll go up. Same for "relative price", same for "use / applications", same for all the rest.

Hope I'm not being too harsh here, just trying to point out where some extra thought could help you formulate a survey that will actually yield useful data.

Hi Raffo,

I agree with MathNut: it's not so much the phrasing as the content that is a problem. You also need to think about how you will analyse the results of question 15, as it is open to a lot of personal interpretation since the new type of product isn't specified. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to make valid conclusions.

Also, since I don't own/use a Blackberry, I chose to skip certain questions (i.e. q11 and q13), but I can't go any further until I do...

Thx for the feedbacks...I appreciate your commentary. You right about what you say.
Is just to see the trend how it goes. Just to see the reactions of the people if the Market segment change.
