Mac gurus, I'm looking to play a streaming feed from a radio station back home on my macbook but it seems the feed is for windows media player.

What is my best bet? Install windows media player or use something like flip4mac which is apparently not that easy to use.

I somehow have a deja vu that this has been discussed before but a search came up with nothing relevant.

As far as I know, VLC will do this for you.

Also the Flip4Mac plugin is very easy - just install it and forget about it. Then you can use Quicktime which came with your Mac.

Also, if the radio station has a website, they might stream it direct from the page, then you don't need an additional player.
