How to get Suisse(Swiss) FTA channels on satellite?

Hi,
I have a Humax HDCI 2000 receiver and I want to watch the Suisse FTA channels SF1, TSR1 etc. How do I go about this?

Just some background info ... I have done a search and found the information confusing... what with ci module, ci module with viaaccess???

I have just moved and at my previous place had bought and configured with the help of these forums, a Humax HDCI 2000 receiver to receive all the FTA channels on Astra 2(BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4, Five, BBC HD etc).

I now have access to Hotbird and Astra 1 and I guess I can't receive many English channels(apart from BBC World, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg etc). But I am now inquiring how do I go about receiving the Suisse FreetoAir channels(the BBC equivalents)?

Many thanks for all your help in advance.
Regards,

Suleman

Get this package from satlonline.ch: http://satonline.ch/shopping/paytv/d..._Karte_SET.php

(you'll have to fill in a form for the decoder card and they'll only ship to Swiss addresses).

Stick the card into the CI and then install the whole package in your sat receiver. Do a search run on Hotbird and you're all set.

And please, next time: use the search button. This had been answered at least a dozen times here.

Get this card directly at only 60SFr from www.broadcast.ch not over 100SFr. as you can specify the make of receiver & I think it should just fit.

Except that he'll need the Viaccess module as well, which is included in the bundle I was pointing to.

Re: How to get Suisse(Swiss) FTA channels on satellite?

Hi Guys,
Is this information still current?

i.e will this(http://satonline.ch/shopping/paytv/d..._Karte_SET.php) card be compatible if I later upgrade the SAT receiver box to a DVB-S2? I read that all Suisse channels will HD from Feb 2012 onwards, will that be broadcast in DVB-S2 too?
How is this(
http://satonline.ch/shopping/paytv/d..._Karte_SET.php) different/better than this(http://satonline.ch/shopping/paytv/d...Karte_SET1.php)

I have done my due diligence by asking Guru Google and couldn't find conclusive info, hence the query to the learned ones here :-)

Thanks in advance and have a nice weekend.
Regards,

Suleman

@Suleman
The first link is for the officially recommended/supported CI module to hold the required viaccess card and the second (cheaper) one is for a cheaper alternative.
I believe this will work with the HD distribution from 29 Feb 2012. I am about to buy the same. But if you shop around the CI module is available for about CHF50, plus the viaccess card costs CHF 60 from here: https://www.broadcast.ch/ordercard.aspx
