Sites like Netflix and Hulu are not supported in the Switzerland. Use any VPN provider to mast the IP address and use a US based IP. I have used HMA Pro VPN successfully in the past.

I believe a US VPN, and the correct settings on your Apple TV should work. Not sure about streaming speeds though...
