Just login my mobile acount on Lebara, and found they a giving you 5chf after you answer them 4 questions.

Here it is:

On the top of the page, they ask you to tell them something more about yourself, you just have to answer 4 questions: which country you mostly calling to, what language you prefer, which provider you used, what is brand of your mobile, that's all!

If you don't see the questions, then possibly you have finished before.
