That is really so unfair! Where else would spouses of a country's citizen more disadvantaged than spouses of foreigners

I'm actually also affected because my husband has both Swiss and Italian (EU!!!! Thank heavens!!) passports - maybe I should ask the next time I renew my B-permit why I don't get a 5-year valid one, when my husband is EU citizen too.. - it is part of the Bilateral Agreement after all
