I got a letter today from a company that I think "represented" my last company here who I worked for, for 8 months and took care of the insurances for their employees

I got a letter and the title says something like this -

IHRE BERUFLICHE VORSORGE-POLICE NR. xxx - GOLDBACH INTERACTIVE AG
IHRE VERSICHERTEN NR . xxxx

I don't know any german and don't know what it means. There is more but that is the title

What does it say?
