Does this advice offend you somehow? (and warrant a groan) Do you not think that in a complicated situation such as the ownership of multiple dwellings it might not be a good idea to employ a professional tax advisor to optimise your liability? Or will you rely completely on advice given from this forum? Having money is hardly something to groan about is it?
