| Don't think that your idea is so dumb! IF you choose the right location in Aargau ie also one of the low tax gemeindes then when you include your daily travel you will find that there is not a whole load of difference between the two. If you are currently renting then you are probably paying quellensteuer whereas if you purchase you will pay normal tax. This added to the deductions might well make it worthwhile. You will simply have to go through the motions of working it out... | |
