Plumbing Washing Machine to Kitchen Tap

We have an unfitted washing machine that we use in the kitchen. Currently we have a metal 22mm-3/4" adaptor attached to the tap so we can screw the washing machine water pipe on when we need to.

The problem with this is that regularly screwing the plastic pipe fitting onto the metal adaptor, we end up ruining the thread and need to replace the pipe.

Can anyone recommend a better solution to temporarily attach the washing machine to the kitchen tap? Previously i've seen push-fit attachments and vice-like fittings that fit over the tap, but I've not seen anything similar in Switzerland, certainly not in OBI.

Ideas anyone?
