I've got some conflicting info about the boats that allow commuting between Evian and Lausanne. The www.cgn.ch website has boats about every 90 mins during commute times, but a colleague says that when he worked in Lausanne he knew people that used the boat and that they were every 30 mins.

Can someone confirm this? Is this hidden info available somewhere?

If the boat is every 90 mins, what are peoples' opinions on a car or train trip from Evian to Lausanne every day?
