Geez, sorry I didn't look for the most perfect picture of an English muffin I could find. I just went to google bilder and picked the first one. But yes, you're picture is far superior to mine and now, is making me hungry. Oh, I wanna English muffin.

| I agree - Chems Muffin doesn't look like a real English Muffin - more like a plain teacake. This is what an English Muffin should look like. It should be really chewy and the added butter after grilling should drip down your chin....
