Four years ago when I joined well know multinational I was asked by HR for references and I just told them, "Sorry I don't have any" and that was an end to it.

To make him pay the salary that he owes me plus 5% per year for 7 years. In addition, there are the attorney's fees. I was let go
illegally, and it was more about the point than the money.
