My culinary tribute to a country that I am deeply in love with and that, since 2001, holds a very special place in my heart.

Potato Bourekas - pastries made with flaky (phyllo) dough, filled with potatoes, and covered with sesame seeds

Ugat Gvina Im Pirurim - crumb cheesecake

I also have a batch of hand-rolled Jachnun in the oven, but they have to bake for 12-14 hours and so I am drooling while I wait
