Hi

I arrived in Zug a few weeks ago and after hectic apartment searches and being turned down I rushed into accepting an apartment I can't really afford but I was getting desperate.
If you can't really afford it, they really should not have accepted you. The rental contract is secured by a deposit, if you read the lease you would see this. As you have not paid this, you should really try to get out of the lease by saying you do not have the deposit money. No landlord is going to want someone who can't pay. Did you mention you have debts?
