And ditto for mobile phone companies... I know Cablecom can sometimes be aggressive and their downgrade policies and cancellation policies can sometimes seem strict. But no more strict that the stich-up that we get from many companies in this country!
I'm just glad that Cablecom keeps the pressure up on the Swisscom monopoly. If it weren't for them we'd still have slow speeds and high prices!
