Hi Alex, I would try Christ Jewellers (http://www.christ-swiss.ch/en/service). They have branches throughout CH (also in Basel) and seem to have an extensive repair service. Worth a try - i've used Christ in Zurich and they've been very helpful and efficient (watch battery change and bracelet asjustment). Good luck!
