The report is not saying anything new.

The report agrees 100$% with Israel on the "hard facts" - the blockade is legal, the flotilla had no business breaking, it's activists had a violent element
and was organized by some very dodgy people.

The "soft facts" - using "too much" violence, seems like a way to give something to the Turkish side. After all - When attacked with knives, sticks and swords the soldiers protected themselves. Maybe shooting the wannabe-Jihadis was over reacting, I wonder how other armies handled similar situations.

Let's see what the Turkish reaction will be.
