Query - RAV & Unemployment Insurance

Hi,
I am a B permit holder staying in Zurich for the last 4 years and working in a Multinational IT Company for our banking client. However, as my contract with my client is about to expire and my parent company is unable to find out any new assignment for me, I have been asked to go back to India and start operating from Indian branch. I am a regular payer of Unemployment Insurance premium ever since I am working in Switzerland and my current B permit is tagged with my parent company. In this scenario, could anyone kindly clarify the following ?

1. Though I've been asked by my employer to leave Switzerland due to non availability of new assignment in my client area, is there any option of staying back and searching for jobs with the help of RAV ?

2. If yes, do I need to leave my present job and surrender my resident permit ?

3. Does RAV ( Regional Employment Centres ) help to get any kind of special visa during my job search ?

4. Does Unemployment Insurance have any role here to get unemployment stipend ?

Any help/pointer should be highly appreciated.
