Claiming pension from first pillar (AHV)

Left Switzerland about a year ago and realized I still need to claim my pension. As background info: lived 5 years in Swiss on a B permit (if I remember correctly…had to renew it every year). My native country has no social agreements with Switzerland.

Anyway the 2nd pillar has already been processed (was done on my behalf so don’t know too much about the process) but still need to get a reimbursement for the first pillar.

Just a few questions:

a) How much would my contribution normally have been to the first pillar? Was at about 100k per year (age under 30)
b) How much can I expect to get back? (I heard there is some tax to be paid?)
c) How long does the process take?
d) Heard new changes came in in June 2007. Does that have any implication for me?

Any info would be much appreciated. Now I only need to find my little grey card. Hope I have not lost it!
