I just thought this would be a reasonable forum to gain some specific information

Which office must I contact to find out and pay import duties on items shipped from countries outside of the EU.

Am I able to find out exactly how much duty I will have to pay on the products I bought early or do I just get them shipped to me and wait for a bill?

Im sure there are threads out there however current info is good.
