Thanks for the info. Yeah partner is Swiss and lives in Zurich, obviously long term the plan is that I will move out to be with her but in the immediate was not sure what the score was...plan is move out and study for the year then think about work so looks like maybe the 12 month residents permit, because if I got work I could work on this permit anyway couldn't I and then just apply to extend, or am I just dreaming....Dragoman
