I usually get chocolate "sticks" from Aldi (or if you want some that are a name brand, I've seen
After Eight sticks around here someplace) as they're easy to slice into pieces.
Last time I made tollhouse cookies, I used a packet of mint chocolate sticks and one block of "kuchenschocolade" from Coop. The sticks were sliced into chip sized pieces, the bar broken up. Yummy and cool looking to have different types of "chips" in there.
