for a reference point, I recently had a TFT screen fixed for 185 francs. The problem was simply that the power socket on the PCB had come away and needed repairing.

To actually get them to open a TV would be 100+ francs. This was done by dropping off at Eschenmoser repair office which cunningly uses Fust Dipl.Ing. AG (http://www.fust.ch/fust/repair_servi...atur%2DService, German page also available in French and Italian).
