| Is it because it's called "Complaints corner" ?? a kind of pinboard that "attracts" complaints?
The equivalent forum in Finland has an interesting concept .... corner for rants - I do prefer the Finnish idea of "Tea and sympathy" :

On the other hand I can imagine many emigration candidates to Switzerland can find very usefull infos in the complaints corner.

I read over all the forums, it's that it irks me when I see some remarks on here that really could be said about any place, and people are only saying them because they are away from their place.
When I came here I got all in a fuss about the obvious. But maybe the most of the people complaining are just new arrivals, but when they go on about stuff that has no meaning at all. Well it seems enough.
And I have this question to add...why is the complaints corner blocked to visitors? Is there something to hide?
