No, I'm not, I'm a Textile / fashion designer!! Would you beleive! Thanks, for the compliment.
Use a rolling pin when you pick the fondant up, and keep the cake as near as possible. My heart always starts to race when I lay the fondant over. I'm always afraid that I rolled it out too thin and too small!
