You probably don't need a power converter for ti since most electronics will do that for you. Still, good idea to check the label on the TV. You'll at least need a plug adapter.
You'll need to check to see if it will convert an NTSC signal. It should but check your manual.
Check your warranty to make sure it is a global warranty otherwise it will be useless in the US.
