Wow. Sorry about your bad experience NAT. Missing your flight really sucks.

Just wanted to say though that I used Feel Barcelona a few years ago and found the exact opposite. While we were staying at the apartment, the private lift broke down (while we were in it, and the ceiling of the lift partially collapsed during the incident). This was at about 11pm at night and we called straight away. They apologized and promised to get it sorted ASAP. I was not happy as it meant we had to walk up and down three flights of very dodgy stairs with all the baby stuff. But we only actually had to do that the one time we next left the apartment, by the time we returned the lift was fixed and Feel Barcelona called to confirm it was all OK, apologized again and refunded us half the price of the rental for the week, without us even requesting it.

I was really impressed with their customer service as a result. I'm sorry your experience was not as good. Maybe you can take it further higher up the company?
