Sorry to hear about your B-permit issue. Before you plan to exit you will have to cancel all subscriptions (eg, mobile, phone, internet, cable, insurance etc etc....)

For car leasing you can return the vehicle back to the Garage. Its not a complicated process. But you will have to pay the depreciation value depending upon the vehicle (maybe between 2000 to 5000 CHF).

Hoping you have a rental apartment, you will to give the landlord the contract termination atleast with three months notice period. If its on mortgage, then can be a bit complicated with bank and reselling.

You are entitled to claim AHV & BVG acquisitions.. The HR in your company can guide you to the relevant office for this.
